privacy notice

this local application stores your account, business profile, campaign drafts, contact records, and authorized mailbox data in its local postgresql database. google refresh credentials and stored conversation bodies are encrypted.

google account access

registered users can use google for application sign-in. connecting a sending mailbox is a separate choice. mailbox access is used to send authorized messages and identify replies to campaign conversations. we do not sell google user data or use it to train generalized models.

operator access

the owner reviews applications and may inspect workspace activity for support and policy enforcement. support inspection is read-only and audited. mailbox content access requires appropriate authorization.

local development

during development, account emails may be held in an owner-only local mail sink. a public privacy policy, retention schedule, deletion process, and contact details must be finalized before public onboarding.
